April McDavid
When looking for a home in beautiful New Hanover County, locals choose April McDavid for all their real estate needs.  April has been a licensed agent since 1984 and a consistent top producer.  She specializes in all real estate areas including listing your home, first time and seasoned buyers, 1031 tax exchanges, investment property and more.  April is a North Carolina Native and in her leisure time enjoys boating with her husband, Gale and daughter, Ashley.    Both Gale and Ashley have joined April in assisting clients with their real estate needs, specializing as buyer's agents and combined they make, "TEAM MCDAVID."

Gale McDavid
Gale McDavid has been a licensed agent since 2002 and joined his wife, April McDavid in real estate specializing as a Buyer’s agent in 2005.  Gale is a North Carolina Native and loves the coastal area. He was in the Coast Guard for years stationed at Fort Macon and after that tour of duty “Gale stated he would always live at the coast.” Any free time away from work you will find Gale in his boat named “The Salty Dog” along with his family and dog, Simba.  Gale was in the automobile industry for over 20 years before starting to work with his wife in real estate.

Ashley McDavid
Ashley McDavid has been a licensed agent since 2008 and recently joined her mother, April McDavid as a Buyer’s agent.  Ashley was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and has lived at the beach all her life.  Ashley left the beach for a short period of time to attend N.C. State in Raleigh but decided to return home to attend college.  During Ashley’s free time you will find her hanging out with friends and enjoying all this great area has to offer at the beach.  Ashley also plays softball on a co-ed team for fun.  Call Ashley with Team McDavid for all your real estate needs.  She specializes in first time home buyers.
