"The Salty Dog" a 21 foot Carolina Skiff that allows us to offer clients a different perspective of viewing water front property and surrounding waterways. Viewing areas include the Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender County Waterways. Also the historic Cape Fear River through the Wilmington downtown waterfront. Gale McDavid will be your host who works as a buyer specialist with his wife, April McDavid. Gale and April named their boat after visiting a restaurant in Hilton Head, South Carolina named "The Salty Dog". The restaurant was named that after a black lab had saved its master in a storm while out in the ocean. At the helm of Gale and April's boat you will find usually their black lab "Simba" so they felt the name was appropriate for their boat.
